You may have already gotten a hint of this but I LOVE what I do! Documenting your wedding day is such an honor!! Since we’ll be spending a lot of time together on the big day, I want to make sure you really feel like you know me!
Here are some basic “getting to know you” things about me… My wife, Kodi, and I got married 3.9.12. We have one little girl Kaia born 8.19.2015. I’m also a Navy Veteran. I have a passion for telling stories through my lens. Kodi helps me with most of our weddings for others, I hire a second photographer who owns their own business, knows my equipment and my style and most importantly someone I would trust with my own wedding.
My favorite photos are candid moments that tell your story. When you have a great wedding experience, our photos capture your joy in the most authentic way.
Not everyone knows every detail of their timeline a year before the wedding. So I believe hourly packages take away from a great wedding experience. With our Wedding Experience package you don’t have to worry about how many hours you need, our all-inclusive service doesn’t limit the time we cover your wedding.
We are happy to help you design a timeline to get you beautiful portraits with the best lighting. You’ll get all the tips they need to be more comfortable and confident in front of the camera and most importantly you are going to have an amazing collection of images from your wedding.
Frequently Asked Questions
I am more than willing to travel for engagement sessions! I actually love it when my couple asks me to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! To book an engagement session send me an email to let me know you’re ready and I’ll reply with a link that lets you sign up for a session.
I average 75-100 images per hour when shooting a wedding. All images are first delivered through an online gallery that can be shared easily with friends and family. Professional prints can be ordered through the gallery if desired. I also send the bride and groom a digital download with all their files. Expect to receiver your files within 6 weeks of the wedding.
I arrive at your wedding with a multitude of lenses and gear to be prepared for any situation or equipment failure. I also carry business insurance and liability. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance I have no problem supplying that.
I accept cash, credit, and checks. All sales subject to KS Sales Tax. Half of your balance is required to reserve your date. The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
If we decide that we are a good fit for each other, I will send an online client work-space with a proposal, payment method, and contract.
After You’ve Booked
Let us know when you’re ready to set a date for your engagement session. You’ll get a link with our available time, pick one that works for you and you’re all set! We’re happy to recommend locations or share our engagement guide with you as well.
Before the Wedding Day
You’ll get a questionnaire collecting all the information we need including family portrait groupings, contact information, and addresses.
On Your Wedding Day
Relax, enjoy your day. We will come in while you’re getting ready, meet the bridal party and family, then we start with detail photos and a few candids photos. If you need anything just ask.
After the Wedding
We love to give you images while you’re still excited! Depending on the schedule we may send you a few previews at the reception during dinner so you can share them. Final images usually take 2 – 4 weeks depending on how busy we are.
